Continuous education is a milestone for a diligent Organisation.

Standards and Norms asking for a minimum on training. EC Hygiene Regulation (REG. 852/2004) is asking for hygiene training for all operators at all steps in food processing. This requirement was taken over in some countries as annual training into national law (e.g. Germany / Austria).

QCE-Quality Consult Est. can run trainings specially adopted to your companies requirements for operators and managers.

Training can be carried out for:

  • Hygiene Training
  • HACCP (correct way of handling, backgrounds and optimisation)
  • basic information about current widely used standards and norm ( IFS / BRC-food saftey / BRC-Packaging / logistic standards BRC and IFS / ISO 22000 / HACCP )
  • Training and education for internal auditors for BRC / IFS / ISO 22000 oder ISO 9000

As an Approved Training Provider (ATP 041) for BRC/London I can run on behalf of BRC all required special trainings for operators and responsible managers for:

  • BRC - Global Standard for food saftey
  • BRC - Global Standard for Packaging and Packaging Materials
  • Storage and Distribution
  • Consumer Products
